Matlab IDE - Video

This video shows how to work in the Matlab IDE (integrated development enviroment).

It introduces the various windows that you can find: command window (also known as desktop), command history or recorder, workspace browser, and figure windows.

You can interectively modify the values of your variables and plot them from the workspace browser. You can use the ‘save’ command to keep your data on disk, and the ‘load’ commando to retrieve your values.

An IDE is a software application that provides comprehensive facilities to computer programmers for software development.

A development environment normally consists of a source editor, a compiler and/or an interpreter, build automation tools and a debugger.
